Quebec Invites 1,034 Candidates in the Year’s Second Invitation Round

The new Quebec Arrima invitation round issued invitations to 1,034 candidates to apply for permanent residence on February 8, 2024.

The second Quebec Arrima draw on February 8, 2024, for the Regular Skilled Worker Program issued 1,034 invites to eligible candidates. The standard eligibility criteria for selection under the latest Quebec RSWP program are:

  • A minimum cut-off score of 613 points
  • A valid full-time job offer by an employer outside the Montreal Metropolitan Area
  • Minimum French language proficiency of level 7 or more

Candidates qualifying to receive an invitation to apply for permanent residence should proceed to apply with the necessary documentation by accessing the Arrima message center.

Quebec conducts monthly invitation rounds to select and invite the most eligible candidates under several immigration pathways, including the Regular Skilled Worker Program. Uploading an Expression of Interest profile on the Arrima portal is crucial to enter the pool of candidates for selection.

The Arrima draws rank profiles of the candidates on different parameters to invite the top-ranking candidates in the EOI pool to apply for permanent residence. Quebec designs the eligibility criteria according to its labor market and demographic needs.
