The recent Expression of Interest draw by the Prince Edward Island Provincial Nominee Program (PRI PNP) issued 58 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) for Permanent Residency.
Prince Edward Island conducted the latest invitation round on August 3, inviting 58 candidates under the Labor Impact and Express Entry stream. The Expression of Interest draw targeted candidates having work experience in the following sectors:
- Healthcare
- Manufacturing
- Food processing
- Construction
- Agriculture
- Hotel/ accommodation
PEI Express Entry stream
The Express Entry stream of the Prince Edward Island Provincial Nominee Program (PEI PNP)considers candidates with active Express Entry Profiles for nomination. Express Entry candidates receive 600 additional points to boost their CRS scores. The Express Entry stream of PEI PNP comprises two categories, including candidates without and with job offers.
PEI Critical Worker stream
The Critical Worker stream of the Prince Edward Island Provincial Nominee Program (PEI PNP) targets candidates across in-demand occupations to meet labor shortages. Candidates with a full-time job offer from a Prince Edward Island employer are eligible under the Critical Worker stream.
Prospective candidates should create their Expression of Interest to receive an Invitation to Apply through Prince Edward Island’s provincial nominee program. The highest-ranking candidates receive ITAs through regular PNP draws.
