The latest Prince Edward Island Provincial Nominee Program (PEI PNP) draws targeted Labor and Express Entry streams to issue invites to 90 candidates. The draw did not invite any candidate under the Business and Work Permit Entrepreneur category of PEI PNP.
The Labor and Express Entry stream of the Prince Edward Island Provincial Nominee Program (PEI PNP) included over 96 percent of Invitations to Apply, and 4 percent of ITAs went to Business Work Permit Entrepreneur candidates. The following is the breakup of invitations to each category in the last 12 months:
- Labor and Express Entry- 2,464 invitations
- Business Work Permit Entrepreneur- 96 invitations
Labor Impact and Express Entry are two streams under Prince Edward Island’s Provincial Nominee program. The Labor Impact stream targets skilled workers and international graduates. Critical workers, skilled workers, and international graduates can apply under the Labor Impact stream. Prince Edward Island aligns the Express Entry stream with Canada’s federal Express Entry application management system.
