Ontario Holds a new OINP Draw Inviting Over 1,000 Candidates to Apply for Permanent Residence

Ontario conducted a new Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) draw on October 30, issuing 1,117 invites to eligible candidates.

The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program General Draw invited 1,051 candidates with active profiles in the Masters’ Graduate Stream of OINP. The minimum Expression of Interest (EOI) score requirement was 43 points.

Ontario invited an additional 66 candidates under the PhD Graduate Stream, having a score of 42 and above.

Candidates must submit complete applications for permanent residence within 14 days of receiving invitations to apply for permanent residence. They should furnish valid documents supporting information in their Expression of Interest profiles.

OINP Masters Graduate stream does not mandate a valid job offer, enabling candidates to avoid LMIAs, payrolls, and employment offers. Enrolling for a Canadian master’s degree helps you enhance your academic credentials, besides improving the probability of becoming a permanent resident by staying longer in Canada.

Ontario is a sought-after destination among prospective immigrants. The province is home to two major Canadian cities: Toronto, Canada’s economic hub, and Ottawa, the capital city of Canada. Ontario is a vibrant province representing Canada’s multicultural and friendly attributes.

Ontario Immigrant Nominee program helps the province attract eligible immigrants to address its economic and labor market goals.
