The Express Entry profiles remain active in the pool for one year from the profile creation date. Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) does not announce a public schedule of Express Entry draws.

The new category-based Express Entry draws

IRCC will begin holding category-based Express Entry draws targeting the following categories.

  • Transport occupations
  • Agri-food and agriculture occupations
