British Columbia and Saskatchewan Conduct invitation rounds to invite candidates to apply for permanent residence

British Columbia and Saskatchewan held new PNP Draws to Issue over 260 Invitations to Apply for Permanent Residence.

British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program 

British Columbia held the latest invitation round of the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program on October 24, 2023. The BC PNP Skills Immigration draw sent 162 Invitations to Apply to candidates having a minimum CRS score of 60 points.

The BC PNP draws targeted childcare, healthcare, and tech occupations. Here are the highlights of the recent BC PNP Skills Immigration draw:

  • Childcare occupations- 34 ITAs (CRS cut-off- 60)
  • Healthcare occupations- 22 ITAs (CRS Cut-off- 60)
  • Tech occupations- 101 ITAs (CRS Cut-off- 90)
  • Other Priority occupations 5 ITAs (CRS Cut-off- 60)

Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program

Saskatchewan held a new Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) draw on October 23, 2023, to invite 99 candidates to apply for permanent residence. The latest SINP draw occurred after a long hiatus of two months. It targeted candidates under the Express Entry and Occupations In-demand categories of the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP).

The following are highlights of the SINP draw:

  • Express Entry stream- 40 ITAs (Minimum CRS cut-off 84)
  • Occupations In-demand stream- 59 ITAs (Minimum CRS cut-off 84)

Saskatchewan holds a monthly round of invitations with a few exceptions to invite eligible candidates to apply for permanent residence. Candidates receiving invites have 0 days to submit online applications to the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program by paying a processing fee of $350 (non-refundable).
