The new OINP draw focused on Express Entry candidates who submitted their profiles from September 7, 2022, to September 7, 2023. The CRS cut-off score for the Express Entry draw was 308 points.

The draw issued Invitations to Apply for permanent residency to candidates meeting the eligibility requirements of Ontario’s French-speaking Skilled Worker stream.
