This draw, held on May 9, has targeted various MPNP streams, opening up numerous opportunities for skilled workers and international graduates.

In this draw, 18 LAAs were issued under the Skilled Workers in Manitoba stream, focusing on specific transport occupations such as supervisors of motor transport and bus drivers.

242 LAAs were allocated to General Skilled Workers In Manitoba, with a minimum score requirement of 836 points.

The International Education Stream (IES) issued 76 LAAs, offering opportunities for graduates from Manitoba institutions. Additionally, 35 LAAs were allocated to Skilled Workers Overseas candidates through a Strategic Recruitment Initiative, with a minimum score of 698 points.

It must be noted that 66 of the invited candidates had valid Express Entry IDs and job seeker validation codes.

These draws highlight Manitoba’s commitment to attracting skilled workers and graduates to contribute to the province’s economy and communities. Prospective applicants are encouraged to review each stream’s eligibility criteria and requirements to understand their pathways to immigration under the MPNP.

The MPNP offers various streams tailored to different applicant profiles.

For instance, the Skilled Worker in Manitoba Stream targets individuals working in Manitoba or with job offers from Manitoba employers. The Skilled Worker Overseas Stream is designed for skilled workers abroad, offering pathways for those with skills in demand in Manitoba.

The International Education Stream caters to graduates from Manitoba institutions, providing pathways for career employment, graduate internships, and student entrepreneurship.

Understanding these pathways is crucial for prospective applicants to navigate Manitoba’s immigration streams effectively and seize the opportunities the MPNP offers.
